During my recent stay, I found the hotel to be ideally placed within close proximity to everything on Wendover Avenue, allowing for delightful strolls to local eateries like Elizabeth's Pizza and convenient access to the Guilford College Art Gallery, just a short drive away; the room was comfortable and the staff friendly, providing a great start to my mornings with a complimentary hot breakfast, but it would have been nice if the pool was open for a refreshing dip after exploring.

Strong match for a brief sojourn in Greensboro with good value for money. Rooms were fairly clean and smelled nice.

I walked into my room and was hit with a terrible odor. The toilet wasn’t flushed, the sheets had crumbs and hair, and the walls had patches. Honestly, I felt grossed out and couldn't stay there any longer.

Stephanie at the front desk was a gem—friendly and incredibly helpful. The breakfast was convenient, though some items could use improvement. The hotel showed significant wear and tear, with moisture damage and peeling paint in several areas. One night without hot water definitely stood out as a downside. A large, rowdy group disrupted the atmosphere a bit, and the initial cleanliness in our room was lacking, but things seemed manageable overall. Staff kindness made up for a lot of shortcomings, though there’s room for maintenance improvements. Certainly not perfect, but it had its moments.

Let's start with the good stuff - the room was clean and spacious, and the bed was comfy. We also had a flat-screen TV which was nice for relaxing in the evenings. But, there were some downsides too. The air conditioning seemed a bit outdated and didn't cool the room as well as we would have liked. the lack of tea and coffee facilities in the room was a bit disappointing, especially for those early morning caffeine cravings. The free toiletries provided were pretty basic, and I wish there were more options available. the housekeeping service was a bit hit or miss, with some areas not being as thoroughly cleaned as expected. the hotel offered room service which was convenient, and the availability of a shuttle service was a nice touch for getting around the area. the airport shuttle seemed to have limited availability, which could be inconvenient with early or late flights.

During my xmas stay, I appreciated the hotel's organized and clean property, even with one elevator under construction. The courteous and helpful front desk staff made check-in a breeze. Additionally, the convenience of being only 12 minutes away from Wet n Wild water park was a definite plus.
My experience was dampened by some cleanliness issues in the room, requiring me to call for extra attention from housekeeping. There were maintenance issues, such as a broken blackout shade and mold under a pulled-away baseboard.

Pleasant staff, pleasant experience with a very upbeat young lady at check-in who was incredibly accommodating to our family's needs and quickly moved us to a double queen room without any hassle.

The moment I stepped inside, I was amazed by the stunning decor! The on-site restaurant served some of the best food I've ever had, and the DJ on weekends made it even more fun! Plus, the friendly staff made me feel right at home!

This property has potential but falls short in execution. The entrance is impressive; it carries a sense of elegance. that’s where the praises start to wane. The staff lacks professionalism and basic communication skills. Unkempt rooms, missing carpet, and poor bathroom conditions create a less than welcoming atmosphere. Noise from partygoers was disruptive well into the night, and cleanliness left much to be desired. Inconveniences like the inoperable elevator and closed pool compounded our dissatisfaction. Our dog’s cage prevented room cleaning, which struck me as absurd. Promised follow-ups regarding potential reimbursement have gone unanswered. This stay didn’t inspire confidence; improvements are necessary.

Live music and karaoke nights were off the hook! We loved hitting up Celebration Station and Safari Nation for some wild fun.
One thing that could make the stay even better is if they had a happening party room for us to groove in all night long.

The outdated decor and overall condition of the rooms left much to be desired. There were cleanliness issues, with bugs spotted in the room and a musty smell present.

The king room was clean and the bed extremely comfortable, which made for a decent night’s sleep. the walls and ceiling showed visible damage. A sheet and thin blanket felt insufficient; more blankets would have improved comfort. The coffee pot needed cleaning—definitely a concern. While I appreciated the pet-friendly policy and proximity to Walmart, I encountered fleas in my bed. The water damage and lack of hot water were frustrating. Noise from nearby rooms disturbed my rest, and accessing the restaurant was inconvenient due to its separation from the hotel. room details need attention for a better experience.

Eating at the full restaurant was delightful, especially the juicy burgers. The hotel's close proximity to the universities made my stay convenient. The meeting room was spacious and perfect for events.

The visit to Celebration Station and Safari Nation was a blast for the entire family! Live music and karaoke nights were especially enjoyable. The location was convenient, staff friendly, and the rooms impeccably clean.
My wife says that the hotel should offer more family-friendly activities.

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic! The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious food options and a professional staff. They made sure everything was plentiful, fresh, and kept the area clean. The housekeeping staff was excellent, always available and helpful. The hotel itself was very clean and all the staff were hospitable and respectful. The pool was amazing, providing a relaxing experience. The room was nice, with the added convenience of a microwave and refrigerator.
The only minor issue was that they only provided towels for two people in our party of four.

We were pleased with the comfortable bed and the convenience of the hotel's proximity to the highway. The front desk staff was attentive and the lobby was tidy with great amenities. The room was spacious and provided plenty of outlets for charging. we would recommend this hotel.

the wyndham garden is right off the highway in a great location. the staff is very friendly and helpful. the beds are so comfortable and the linens are fresh and clean. eric - the room services manager - always assures everything i need and goes above and beyond in customer service.

We had a great experience at Wyndham Garden. the breakfast was satisfying with eggs, potatoes, sausage, juice, and water. the location was convenient, with easy access to the highway and nearby stores and food places. the adjacent bar/restaurant offered great food, drink prices, and entertainment. the staff was friendly and the service was excellent. Despite some issues with the elevators and ice machine, the overall stay was good.
